Appointment:

Please arrive no less than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction in treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and changes to your appointment are accepted up to five hours prior to your treatment. No-shows and changes made within five hours of your reservation will result in a charge of 100% of scheduled services.

Special Considerations:

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, those who are pregnant or those that have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctor before enjoying a massage. Please make your therapist aware of any medical conditions including allergies, ailments, disabilities or pregnancy.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Policy:

Sierra Massage Lounge has a NO-NUDITY policy. Clients are requested to wear underwear (excluding bras). Sierra Massage Lounge DOES NOT offer sensual services. Such requests will result in termination of treatment.

Group Reservations:

For groups, a deposit is required to guarantee the booking.

Mondays to Fridays : 08:00 – 19:00

Saturdays : 09:00 – 17:00

Sundays : closed
